The Town Council are pursuing a line of enquiry with NHS Property Services. An important element of this is demonstrating that users (including patients, staff and transport providers) of the Rayner Green Centre specifically have or are being affected by issues over the access road and footpaths of the former hospital land.
The Town Council are therefore encouraging all affected individuals who use the Rayner Green Centre to write to the PALS (Patient Advice and Liaison Service) Team at East Coast Community Healthcare C.I.C.

If you have previously raised a concern or complaint which related specifically to accessing the Rayner Green Centre but was directed to another organisation which may have included the Town Council, could you please forward this onto the same team via the contact details above.
***Please note this only applies to users accessing the Rayner Green Centre***
We are mindful of and acknowledge the exceptionally large number of individuals who are using the Cutlers Hill Surgery and Pear Tree Centre also experiencing continuing issues. However, NHS Property Services only have an interest in their retained land (Rayner Green Centre) and issues being experienced by their tenant and the provider (ECCH).
We would encourage the support from the affected users of Rayner Green to express their views via the process above.
