The Town Council have received notification that an outline planning application is being prepared for the area of land outlined in red below. At the moment the estimated number of dwellings is 180. There will be a public exhibition on Tuesday 21st February at The Rifle Hall 3pm - 7pm. Residents will be able to give their views to the developers.
The Town Council will consider this proposal, alongside other developments when a formal application is submitted.
