Free one-hour car park update

The Town Council would like to thank all businesses and organisations that offered to donate to the car parking fund for the coming year.  Thank you also to the individuals and residents who have also contributed £800 so far to help keep this resource for the town.

If you would like contribute please contact the Clerk's office.  Donations from individual members of the public will be kept anonymous.

Cherry Trees for Bedingfield Crescent

The Council has agreed to pay for ten Cherry trees for the green space either side at the entrance to Bedingfield Crescent.  The work will be undertaken free of charge by a professional contractor in the autumn.  The residents in the houses closest to the trees have been written to asking if they have any opinions.  The varieties of Cherry trees that have been chosen will not get too big.  The trees will also be planted far enough apart to allow Waveney Norse to mow between them.
